Steffen's digital twin on YouTube
On our channel @madebybrain it is not Steffen in front of the camera but his AI avatar with his cloned voice. Nothing is filmed. A script becomes a finished 6 to 11 minute episode with screen recordings, B-roll and subtitles. The channel is in German.

Talk podcast with four cloned voices
For an entrepreneur we produced a pilot episode of a talk podcast: around 15 minutes, a host and three guests in a real dialogue with follow-up questions and debate. All four voices are cloned and the visuals are generated automatically. The episode is not public but was used as a demo for a media entrepreneur and was very well received.

Labelling and rights
We visibly label every piece of content as AI avatar or AI voice, as the EU AI Act (Art. 50) requires for synthetic content. We only clone other people’s voices and faces with their written consent. What is a digital twin?

How real does an AI avatar look?
With current models such as HeyGen the avatar looks very natural in normal shots. Fast movements and hands are still limits, so we combine the avatar with screen recordings and B-roll.
Is an AI avatar allowed?
Yes, with the consent of the person shown and with visible labelling. We label every episode as AI avatar and AI voice. Not legal advice.
Is this still an AI influencer?
An AI influencer is a fictional character. A digital twin is you. We build both; for business owners we usually recommend the digital twin because it builds trust in you as a person.
How much of my time does it take?
One short recording session. After that only script approval, a few minutes per episode.
